The Founder and Leader of Resurrection Power New Generation Church (RPNGC), Rev. Anthony Kwadwo Boakye is confirmed dead.
According to a Graphic online report, the renowned man of God passed away on Tuesday night February 21, 2023, at the Korle-Bu Teaching Hospital. His church has since issued a statement confirming the development.
Rev Boakye suffered from a stroke in November 2021 leaving him bedridden. He subsequently sought extensive medical care at private facilities before he was referred to Korle Bu Teaching Hospital at a point where he finally passed away.

In a video that popped up months to the end of the year 2022, Rev Anthony Kwadwo Boakye pronounced curses on his wife, Mrs Magret Boakye, junior pastors, journalists, ungrateful church members and all ill-wishers.
In the footage, Rev. Anthony Kwadwo Boakye invoked curses on his family after claiming they have disrespected him because of his situation.
According to him, such people are spreading false news about him despite all the good things he has done for them years back.
